We were looking for a 2 BHK in Kolkata and found Tilottama. The carpet area for the 2 BHK is 737 Sq.ft, which feels quite spacious for us. We liked the idea of the daily shuttle to the nearest metro, as that will make commuting easier once we move in. The price point starting from 24.0 Lakh onwards was also attractive. Construction is ongoing and expected to finish by December 2028. One thing that concerned us a little was the traffic on Diamond Harbour Road during peak hou, but we hope it gets better or we adjust. The amenities like the swimming pool and open gym are nice additions for future relaxation.

As a government employee, I was looking for an affordable home and Tilottama fits the bill. The starting price is 24.0 Lakh for a 1 BHK flat. The carpet area for the 1 BHK starts from 525 Sq.ft which is decent. The earthquake-resistant RCC structure is a good safety feature. I also appreciate the solid waste management system. The location in Thakurpukur is developing, and it’s nice that it’s close to Diamond Harbour Road. The only slight downside is that the OC is not yet available, but the completion date is December 2028. The availability of visitor parking is also a plus for when relatives visit.
