After yeaof renting, we finally decided to buy our own home at Tiara Residency. The location in Belgachia, very close to Jessore Road, is perfect for us. We liked the idea of the rooftop garden and the gymnasium. Our chosen 3 BHK apartment is 1373 Sq.ft built-up. The price was in the lower range around 1.4 Cr. The developer, Shrachi Group, has a decent reputation. It's still under construction and should be ready by March 2028. The only drawback we noticed is that the construction noise can be a bit much during the day.
