The price felt right for a property in Noida Extension. Having utility shops within the complex is very convenient for daily needs. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance adds an extra layer of security, which is important. The location is well-connected via the Noida-Greater Noida Link Road and Hindon River road. My only reservation is that the promised completion date was not clearly available, and OC status was also not mentioned, which caused a slight uncertainty during the buying process. However, the apartment is ready to move.
