It's located in Peddakullu, Hosur, and the proximity to Green Valley School is a plus, even though I don't have kids. It gives a sense of a well-established neighborhood. The developer, Thirumurugan Grand Properties, seems to have focused on basic infrastructure. The main road access could be improved; it involves a short stretch of a less-developed lane. It's a quiet place, which I appreciate after a long day at work.

My only reservation is that the immediate surroundings are still developing, so there isn't much in terms of shops or markets right at the dootep. But it’s a calm area.
