  We were looking for a bigger place than our rental and finally settled on Thiru Nagar. The location in Ramayanpatti, Kandiyaperi is quite peaceful which is a big change from the city hustle. We liked that it is ready to move so we could shift immediately without waiting. The developer, Thiru S Gomathinayagam, seems to have a good reputation locally. We are still exploring all the features of our new home but so far the space is good for our growing family. We hope the maintenance charges are reasonable in the long run. The nearby Shifa Hospitals is also a plus for us.
