We liked that it is ready to move so we could shift immediately without waiting. The developer, Thiru S Gomathinayagam, seems to have a good reputation locally. We are still exploring all the features of our new home but so far the space is good for our growing family. We hope the maintenance charges are reasonable in the long run. The nearby Shifa Hospitals is also a plus for us.
