It's ready to move, which is great because we don't want to wait too long. The proximity to Sri Akilandeswari Vidyalaya (0 KM) is a definite plus, as we are looking for a stable neighbourhood for our children. The Chatiram Bus Station being just a 5-minute drive away is also very convenient for commuting. We did notice a fair bit of dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas, which is a minor concern, but we are hoping that settles down once the phase is more developed. We plan to build a spacious three-bedroom house.
