We bought a 3 BHK flat, with a generous built-up area of 1501 Sq.ft, providing ample room for our two children. The property is ready to move, which allowed us to shift without any delays. Thilaga Construction Pvt Ltd delivered this project, and it's been around since August 2011. The convenience of having MGM Healthcare also at nearby is a huge peace of mind. The area in Perambur is well-connected, although the traffic on Circle Road can get quite heavy during school drop-off and pick-up times. Despite that, the spaciousness and location make it a great choice for our family.
