  As a business owner, I look for space and a good environment. I purchased a villa in Theme Theme Sundar One, located in Sunderpura, Vadodara. The 4 BHK villa with a carpet area of 3380 sq.ft offeample room for my family and potential for guests. Theme Infrastructure is developing this project, and the expected completion is April 2029. I was impressed by the commitment to water conservation and rainwater harvesting. The swimming pool and the landscaping are also attractive. The only downside I've noticed is the dust from ongoing construction, which is expected but still a minor nuisance. Security is also a priority, and the gated community setup with a security cabin provides peace of mind. It’s a substantial investment but the space and amenities justify it for me.

  We visited Theme Theme Sundar One and were quite impressed. They are offering 4 BHK Villas in Sunderpura, Vadodara. We are considering the 1049 sq.ft carpet area option. The amenities like the swimming pool and the landscaping & tree planting are really appealing for a young couple. It's under construction, with completion set for April 2029 by Theme Infrastructure. The gated community aspect and the 24x7 water supply are practical plus points. Our main concern is the distance to places like Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul, which is nearby. While it’s a developing area, we hope the infrastructure around it improves quickly. The indoor games facility is a good addition for entertainment.

We looked at the 4 BHK Villa with a carpet area of 1049 sq.ft. The landscaping and tree planting looks promising, and the idea of a gated community with 24x7 water supply is very appealing for raising a family. The completion date is April 2029, which gives Theme Infrastructure enough time to finish properly. The swimming pool is a nice bonus for the weekends. We are a bit concerned about the traffic on the main road when we visited, it gets quite busy. But overall, we are hopeful this will be a comfortable home.

We are looking at the 4 BHK Villa configurations, specifically the 1049 sq.ft carpet area size. Theme Infrastructure is the developer, and they plan to complete the project by April 2029. The presence of a swimming pool and ample landscaping is great for kids. They also have a fire fighting system and closed car parking, which are important safety features. My only real worry is the dust from the construction site; it's quite significant right now. However, the promise of a gated community and good street lighting makes us feel it will be a secure place for our children to grow up. The 24x7 water supply is also a key requirement for us.
