I recently booked a 4 BHK Apartment at The Sovereign, Ahmedabad. The built-up area is 6014 Sq.ft, which is more space than I strictly need, but I plan to use one room as a home office. The price was around 4.3 Cr. Ashima Group is the developer, and they have promised features like EV Charging Stations & Solar Panels, which aligns with my interest in sustainability. The 360 degrees Panoramic Views from Every Apartment sound amazing. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in August 2029. My main concern is the valet parking being the only option; I prefer to park my own car, and sometimes valet services can be slow. Overall, the amenities and location are good.

The location in Thaltej is great because Zebar School for Children is nearby, and the Thaltej Metro Station is also at the same distance. Ashima Group has included a dedicated Kid's Pool and a children's play area, which my kids are very excited about. The tower height of 430 Feet means great views for everyone. The price point for these larger units is on the higher side, stretching our budget, but the convenience and amenities justify it for our family's needs. Construction is underway, with an August 2029 target.
