It is conveniently located near Kolathur, with hospitals and schools within nearby. The project is ready to move, which suited my timeline perfectly. I appreciate the provision of 10 passenger lifts with automatic rescue device, adding to the building's functionality. The price point around 47.5 Lakhs was acceptable for a ready-to-move property in this area. The only slight drawback is that the construction dust from ongoing nearby developments can be a bit botheome sometimes. Overall, it’s a good value proposition.

We bought a 2 BHK flat in The Rise because it's very close to Narayana E-Techno School, nearby. My kids can walk to school now which is a huge relief. The flat size is about 827 Sq.ft, which is decent for our family. We liked that it's ready to move in. The 10 passenger lifts with automatic rescue device is a nice safety feature for us. However, the traffic on the main roads near Kolathur can get quite bad during peak hou, especially towards Madhavaram Junction which is nearby. We are still settling in but the convenience for the kids is the main reason we chose this project by Space Age infra.

My main concern is the parking situation; it seems a bit cramped, which could be an issue if I have guests. Also, the OC received status was not available.
