    We moved here because the location is near the highway which makes our daily commute much easier than living deep inside the city. The Ridge is a great spot for my children because of the children's play area and the open spaces where they can run around safely. We picked a 183 Sq.yd plot and the price was 18.3 Lakh. Sunsiri Projects Pvt Ltd has been quite helpful with the documentation. One minor issue is that the area is still developing, so you do not have many grocery shops right at the gate yet. You have to drive a bit for daily essentials. However, the connectivity to the ORR is fantastic and that makes up for the lack of immediate shops. It is a peaceful place for a growing family.

    Finding a good residential area near Krishna Univeity was our main priority and The Ridge met that need. As teache, we wanted something affordable but safe for our retirement. We bought an 183 Sq.yd plot from Sunsiri Projects Pvt Ltd. The presence of 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance gives us a lot of peace of mind. It is nice to see trees being planted as part of the project landscaping. The price was around 18.3 Lakh which felt fair for the location. We did notice that the road leading to the main highway can get a bit dusty during the afternoon, but hopefully, that settles once more houses are constructed in the neighborhood soon. It is a good place to settle down comfortably.
