We finally bought our fit home at The Peak in Madhavaram. SRIRAM BUILDELDEDEES has a good reputation, so we felt comfortable. The 2 BHK we looked at had a built-up area of 935 Sq.ft, which seems like a good size to start with. The location is quite convenient, close to schools like ACHARYA MAHASHRAMAN TERAPANTH JAIN PUBLIC SCHOOL, which is nearby. That was a big plus for us. It's still under construction, expected completion is December 2026. The price was around 70.12 Lakhs, which fit our budget for a fit-time purchase. We are a bit worried about the construction dust right now, but hopefully, that will settle down once they are closer to finishing. Overall, we are excited to move in.

My main worry is the lack of readily available information on OC Received status; I prefer projects that are closer to completion or have their Occupancy Certificate. The proximity to MAAYA SPECIALITY HOSPITALS, nearby, is a significant advantage for me.

I opted for this project due to its comprehensive amenities, including a Children's Play Area (though my parents won't use it, it adds value), a Rest House for Drive, and a Gymnasium. My only slight concern is the distance to Perambur Railway Station, which is nearby, but it's not a dealbreaker.
