We finally bought our fit home at The Peak in Madhavaram. SRIRAM BUILDELDEDEES has a good reputation, so we felt comfortable. The 2 BHK we looked at had a built-up area of 935 Sq.ft, which seems like a good size to start with. The location is quite convenient, close to schools like ACHARYA MAHASHRAMAN TERAPANTH JAIN PUBLIC SCHOOL, which is nearby. That was a big plus for us. It's still under construction, expected completion is December 2026. The price was around 70.12 Lakhs, which fit our budget for a fit-time purchase. We are a bit worried about the construction dust right now, but hopefully, that will settle down once they are closer to finishing. Overall, we are excited to move in.

I was looking at the 2 BHK apartments, which start from 935 Sq.ft. The price point is reasonable for the area, starting at 70.12 Lakhs. The project is under construction until December 2026. My main worry is the lack of readily available information on OC Received status; I prefer projects that are closer to completion or have their Occupancy Certificate. The proximity to MAAYA SPECIALITY HOSPITALS, nearby, is a significant advantage for me.

Our main concern is the traffic around Madhavaram, especially during peak houIt’s something we need to consider for our daily commute to work, although being close to the Jawaharlal Nehru Flyover helps. The gymnasium and Yoga/Meditation area are good amenities for us.

The price for this configuration falls within the 80-90 Lakh range. The project is under construction, with completion set for December 2026. I opted for this project due to its comprehensive amenities, including a Children's Play Area (though my parents won't use it, it adds value), a Rest House for Drive, and a Gymnasium. My only slight concern is the distance to Perambur Railway Station, which is nearby, but it's not a dealbreaker.
