I found the 2 BHK configurations, starting from 685 square feet, to be quite practical. The price range of 27.39 Lakh to 49.59 Lakh was within my budget. The inclusion of Vastu compliant design was a nice touch. The children's play area is a good amenity if you have family visiting. One thing I noticed is that the OC status wasn't readily available, which is a bit of a concern for future resale value. Still, for the price and location in Chennai South, it’s a decent option.
