The 2 BHK flats are spacious, around 1200 square feet, and the price range of 66 Lakh to 72 Lakh felt reasonable for Bengaluru East. I appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the power backup, ensuring uninterrupted living. Being in a gated community offea sense of security. The proximity to Manipal Hospital is a significant plus for health needs. While the Kadugodi Metro Station is a bit far at nearby, the overall connectivity is acceptable. Nest Group has provided essential amenities.
