The 2 BHK flats are spacious, around 1200 square feet, and the price range of 66 Lakh to 72 Lakh felt reasonable for Bengaluru East. The proximity to Manipal Hospital is a significant plus for health needs. While the Kadugodi Metro Station is a bit far at nearby, the overall connectivity is acceptable.
