The 3 BHK flats offer good ventilation and natural light, which is very important for us. The Nest Builder has provided ample green cover, making the environment feel serene. The price point was reasonable for a ready-to-move property. The only drawback is the distance to Arun Hospital, which is nearby, but we don't foresee it being a major issue for regular check-ups.
