The project was completed in 2016, so it's not brand new but feels well-maintained. The budget for the 3 BHK villas goes up to 3.07 Crore, which is a significant investment, but the space justifies it. Having amenities like a swimming pool and 24x7 CCTV surveillance provides peace of mind. The only slight concern is the distance to the main city, a short distance Kompally.
