The Medallion’s location in IT City, Sector 82, is very convenient, with NH 22 and Chandigarh International Airport just a short drive away. I opted for a 3 BHK apartment, around 1995 square feet, which offeample space and good natural light as they are all corner flats. Turnstone Realty LLP P has delivered a ready to move project, which saved me a lot of hassle. The gymnasium and swimming pool are essential for my routine. My only reservation is the lack of clear information on OC received, which makes me a bit uneasy for future resale value. The price range is quite high, touching 2.7 Crore for larger units.
