    Investing in real estate in Gangur feels like a smart move given the growth in this zone. I chose a 1650 Sq.ft plot at The Meadows because the price point of 38.0 Lakh is quite competitive for a gated community project. Sun Siri Projects Pvt Ltd has planned good amenities like the gazebo and senior citizen siteout which makes the layout look thoughtful. I visited the site last month and the 40 feet CC roads are already laid out well. It is an under construction project so I am waiting to see the final finish of the grand entrance arch. My main reason for choosing this was the underground utilities as that saves a lot of hassle later on for maintenance.

I appreciate that the buildeincluded a dedicated senior citizen siteout in the master plan. The underground utilities mean no hanging wires to clutter the view of the streets. I went with the 1650 Sq.ft plot because it is easy to manage as I get older. Sun Siri Projects Pvt Ltd has been decent with the updates so far regarding the progress. The only thing I find slightly inconvenient is the distance to the nearest hospitals but I suppose that is the trade off for living in a calm area like Gangur. The 40 feet CC roads are definitely a highlight and make the whole place feel very spacious.

It is a relief to move into a project that offea consistent water supply which is a huge issue elsewhere. The developeSun Siri Projects Pvt Ltd have been very clear about the legal opinion and titles. We bought the 1980 Sq.ft plot because we wanted plenty of room for our books and a small study. The fountains and landscaping plans look good on paper but I hope they maintain them well. Gannavaram Airport is nearby which is manageable for our occasional travels. The price of 62.29 Lakh is a bit high for our budget but we stretched it for a long term home.
