I opted for a 3 BHK unit with a carpet area of 1719 square feet. The price is around 2.4 Crore, which felt like a lot for my fit home, but the bank loan process went smoothly. I liked that they use conventional clay brick construction. The amenities like power backup and high-speed elevatoare essential. The fact that it's a gated community with good security is also a big plus. The only minor issue I've noticed is the water pressure on higher floocan sometimes drop, especially during peak usage times.
