We were looking to upgrade from our rental and decided on The Life by Addor Group. The 4 BHK configurations are quite large, starting from 4159 square feet built up. It feels spacious enough for us and our two children. The location at Panjrapole Cross Road is very convenient, just behind Jahanvi Restaurant. We can reach Nehrunagar in about 2 kilometeThe price point is definitely on the higher side, between 3.12 Cr to 3.52 Cr, but we felt it was a good investment for our future. The project is still under construction and expected to be completed by December 2026. We are hoping the construction quality lives up to expectations. The amenities like the gymnasium and landscaping look promising.

The Addor Group project offelarge apartments, the 4 BHK ones are over 4000 square feet. I chose one of the smaller ones at 4159 square feet, which is more than enough space. The location on Panjrapole Cross Road is quite central. My main concern is the traffic in this area, especially during peak houIt can get quite congested. However, the connectivity to other parts of the city seems good. The price is substantial, 3.12 Cr to 3.52 Cr, but given the location and the developer's reputation, it felt justified for a comfortable living space. I am looking forward to the completion in December 2026.

I opted for a slightly smaller one at 4159 square feet for easier upkeep. The location at Panjrapole Cross Road is excellent, being close to the junction and close to Nehrunagar. The project boasts several amenities like a fire fighting system, 24x7 water supply, and landscaping, which are important for comfort. The price range of 3.12 Cr to 3.52 Cr is significant, but the quality of construction and the planned facilities seem to justify it. The only minor issue is the lack of readily available parking for guests, which might be inconvenient sometimes. Construction is ongoing, with completion targeted for December 2026.

It is also very close to Aartham Hospital, which is convenient.

The Addor Group has provided good amenities such as indoor games and a reading lounge, which my children will enjoy. The 4 BHK apartments are very large, ranging from 4159 to 4693 square feet. We purchased a 4159 square foot unit. The price is steep, starting at 3.12 crore, but we are hoping it’s a good long-term investment for the family. The only drawback is the dust and noise from ongoing construction, which is expected. Completion is slated for December 2026. Overall, the location and the space are the main draws for us.
