The main drawback I noticed is that the rooms, especially the bedrooms, feel a little compact for the overall size of the apartment. It's something to get used to, I suppose.

St. Joseph's Public School being so close is also a bonus for future planning. The project is ready to move, which is a huge convenience. Legend Estates Pvt Ltd has presented a decent offering. However, the access road to the project, Lingampally Street Number 8, can be quite narrow and gets busy, which sometimes leads to traffic delays when we return home in the evening. Despite this minor inconvenience, we feel it's a good step up for us.
