I purchased a 3 BHK apartment in The Grand Estate, measuring 1700 square feet. The price was approximately 70 Lakh. I chose this project because it is ready to move and the developer, Spacebook Estates, has a decent reputation. The location in Noida Extension is quite convenient, with Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital very close by. I appreciate the security features, including 24/7 security and CCTV surveillance. The jogging track is also a nice addition for staying active. While the OC is not available yet, the project completion date was April 2024, so I am hopeful it will be sorted soon. Overall, it seems like a solid investment.

After renting for yea, we finally decided to upgrade and bought a 3 BHK at The Grand Estate. It's 1550 square feet, giving us much more room to breathe. The price point was a bit higher than we initially planned, around 65 Lakh, but the space and amenities made it worth considering. We looked at several projects but felt Spacebook Estates offered a good package. The complex has a yoga and meditation area which we can use. It's also very close to Delhi World Public School, which is a huge plus for our kids. The only minor issue is the traffic on the link road during peak houcan be a bit much sometimes.
