We bought a 1386 sq.ft 2 BHK, which feels quite spacious. The balcony in each room is a nice touch. The price was a bit higher than we initially planned, around 95 Lakhs, but the location advantage is significant. The developer, Formist Reality Pvt Ltd, seems to have good quality construction. The children's play area and swimming pool are already functional, which is great for us.
