We are currently renting and decided it was time to buy. The Empire by Jarry Profit is a new launch project on Kamptee Road. We are considering a 3 BHK apartment, around 1774 Sq.ft. The price starts at 1.18 Crore. We liked the idea of a Club House and the Recreation Facilities. The location is good, with the Kadbi Square Metro Station nearby, making commutes easier. My main concern is the noise from the nearby main road, Kamptee Road, especially during daytime. We are hoping the construction will minimize this. The completion is scheduled for June 2026.

I like that they have a Panoramic Fitness Center at 225 ft; looking forward to using that. The earthquake-resistant RCC structure is also a big plus for peace of mind. Construction is ongoing, completion is expected in June 2026, which gives me enough time.
