My parents want to be close to essential services, and the project's proximity to JP Hospital and Barog Bus Station is a huge advantage. The price point for a 2 BHK is between 1.31 Crore and 1.56 Crore. While MaRealty is developing it, I am a bit worried about managing the project from abroad. The completion date is November 2027. I trust the location and nearby facilities will make it a comfortable home for them. We are hoping the construction quality is top-notch.

I am looking at this purely as an investment, expecting rental demand to grow in Barog over the next few yeaThe completion date is November 2027, so there is a good amount of time. I hope the developer maintains good construction quality throughout the project.
