Rohini Property Developehas included essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup, which are vital for uninterrupted living. The closed car parking is a definite advantage. While the location in KK Nagar is good, I found the pricing a bit on the higher side, starting from 1.76 Crore. Also, the lack of readily available OC information was a minor point of hesitation, although it is ready to move.
