I booked a 3 BHK flat, around 1100 Sq.ft, within the 60-65 Lakh budget. The proximity to the metro station (Rabindra Tirtha Metro Station 1.46 KM) is fantastic for getting around the city. Next Generation Housing Private Limited has included a gymnasium and dedicated strength zones, which are important for my fitness routine. The September 2027 completion date works well with my relocation timeline. We chose a 2 BHK flat, about 800 Sq.ft, which falls within the 45-50 Lakh price bracket. The 24x7 water supply and dedicated jogging track are very practical for us. While the project is still under construction and expected in September 2027, the developer's reputation gives us some confidence. The main concern is the absence of OC received information, which is usually important for finalising plans. We hope this gets sorted out soon. The surrounding area is quite pleasant.

We are tired of renting and decided to upgrade to our own home. We visited The Eco Palace in Action Area I, Newtown, and liked the 3 BHK configurations, especially the ones that are 1325 Sq.ft. The budget for these goes up to 72.88 Lakh. The developer, Next Generation Housing Private Limited, has included a lot of green spaces like Landscaping & Tree Planting and an Amphitheater, which is nice for a family. The area is developing well, and it's good that it's under construction with completion expected in September 2027. We saw some kids playing in the model area, so the Spacious Playground is a definite draw. The traffic in Newtown can be a bit much during peak hou, but we think it's worth it for the overall package.

It is still under construction and expected to be ready by September 2027. The location in New Town is convenient, close to Rabindra Tirtha Metro Station.
