    I bought a 1 RK here at The Deva Residences. The carpet area is 570 Sq.ft, which is perfectly adequate for my needs. Being a single woman, safety and basic amenities are important. The project includes solid waste management and street lighting, which are good touches. The location in Wanwadi, Pune is quite accessible. While the project is under construction with an expected completion in December 2026, the developer Suresh Devendra Kothari HUF F has a reputation to deliver. My only concern is that Wanwadi can get congested during peak hou, so commuting might be a bit of a challenge sometimes.
