The plot sizes here range from 160 square yards up to 2600 square yards, which is a great variety. We are considering the 1 BHK villa which has a plot area of 1440 square yards. The project is still under construction and expected completion is March 2028. The pricing starts from 56 Lakhs and goes up to 3.12 Crore, which seems reasonable given the location and amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium. The Lakeside Club also sounds quite appealing.

The location near Vikas Vidhyalay and Nayan Children Hospital is a major advantage for us, as both are right at nearby. Addor Group has included a good children's play area and a senior citizen siteout which is thoughtful. The project completion is targeted for March 2028. The price for our villa was around 2.5 Crore. The main drawback is the ongoing construction which means dust and noise for now. Also, Sanand Junction is nearby, making daily commute a bit longer.

The project offea children's play area, multipurpose hall, and a gymnasium, which are nice additions. The price was within our means, around 60 Lakhs. It is currently under construction and scheduled for completion in March 2028. The location is decent, close to NH 947 and SH 135. However, the address seems a bit confusing, mentioning Maharashtra Society in Ahmedabad. My only worry is the commute, as Sanand Bypass is nearby, which might make daily travel a bit time consuming. Overall, it seems like a decent property.
