Having amenities like 24x7 water supply and CCTV surveillance provides some peace of mind while I am abroad. The landscaping and tree planting also add a nice touch to the environment. My parents can easily access KD Hospital which is nearby. It was important for me that the project was ready to move, and this one was completed in December 2022. The nearby SGVP International School is also a plus for any visiting grandchildren.
