As teache, we needed a larger home and decided to upgrade from our rental. We chose a 3 BHK at The Avalon Heights by Sriji NPR realty LLP P. The built-up area is between 1100 and 1200 square feet, providing much needed extra space compared to our current place. The location in Garia, near NSC Bose Road, is decent, although the final stretch to the project involves a narrow lane which can be a bit inconvenient during peak times. The price for our 3 BHK was around 95 Lakhs, which was at the higher end of our budget, but the amenities like the Gymnasium and Reading Lounge are attractive. Completion is expected in March 2028, and we are looking forward to moving in.
