I was looking for a comfortable apartment in a well-connected area, and The Arc in Anna Nagar caught my eye. I've chosen a 4 BHK with a built-up area of 2981 square feet. The price is substantial, between 5.96 Crore and 6.17 Crore, and while I managed to stretch my budget, it felt a little high for Chennai. However, the amenities like the smart home automation and the tranquil terrace garden sanctuary are very appealing. The fact that it's under construction until December 2027 means I have some time. The proximity to the Anna Nagar Metro (3 KM) is good, though I wish the parking situation was clearer. EK Homes has a decent reputation.

I've booked a 4.5 BHK, offering 3086 square feet of space. The price is steep, around 6.17 Crore, but the convenience of being next to my hospital and also near SBOA School is invaluable. I appreciate the inclusion of a gymnasium and the smart home automation features. The developer has also emphasized eco-friendly aspects like rainwater harvesting and water conservation, which is commendable. I'm looking forward to the completion in December 2027.

We decided to book a large 4.5 BHK apartment in EK Homes' The Arc project in Chennai. It's in Anna Nagar, a very convenient part of the city. My wife liked the idea of a jogging track and the landscaping planned for the complex. The flat size is generous, around 3086 square feet. Our main concern is the traffic around Anna Nagar, it can get quite congested during peak houAlso, construction dust can be an issue sometimes, but that's typical for under-construction sites. The price is substantial, near 6 Crore, but the build quality seems promising. Having SBOA School and MGM Healthcare so close is a major advantage for us.

This is my fit home purchase, and I chose The Arc in Anna Nagar. I got a 4 BHK which has a built-up area of 2981 square feet. The price was around 5.96 Crore, which was within my budget after securing a loan. I really liked the Vastu compliance and the promise of proper ventilation in all rooms. The developer, EK Homes, seems to have a decent track record. I am a bit worried about the completion date, December 2027, as it feels quite far away. However, the nearby Thirumangalam Metro station, just under 1 kilometer away, is a big plus for connectivity.
