The price point starting from 74.25 Lakh is competitive for this area, considering it’s ready to move. The developer, The Antriksh Group, has completed this project a while ago, which means the neighborhood has matured. The Vastu compliant design is a thoughtful touch. However, traffic can get a bit congested during peak houon the main road leading to the plot. Nevertheless, the presence of a cycling track and gymnasium is a good addition for residents.
