This is my fit time buying a home and The Ananda seemed like a good option. I liked the idea of the larger than mandated offsets, it feels like there's more space between buildings. The 1358 square feet 2 BHK is the one I chose. Sahasram DevelopeLLP P seems to have a decent plan with the amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium. The price point was manageable for me, around 81.47 L. It's still under construction and supposed to finish by February 2022, which is soon. I am a bit concerned about the distance to Uppal Metro, it's nearby, so daily commute might be a challenge. Otherwise, the project looks promising for a fit-time buyer like myself.

The prices range up to 1.17 Cr. Sahasram DevelopeLLP P has included a dedicated children's play area within the community buildings, which is great. They also have landscaping and tree planting which will make it pleasant. The overall area is 1358 Sq.ft - 1942 Sq.ft for the apartments. We are a bit worried about the dust from ongoing construction in the area, but hope it settles down after completion. The February 2022 completion date is good for our plans.
