We chose a spacious 4 BHK, around 2700 square feet, for our children when they visit. The price was in the range of 1.8 to 1.9 Crore. The project by Aashish Group offegreat amenities like a swimming pool and a premium clubhouse, which are perfect for relaxation. The construction is expected to finish by June 2031. One thing that concerns me slightly is the dust from ongoing construction in the surrounding areas, but hopefully, that will settle down once the project is complete.
