I recently purchased a 2 BHK flat in The 105 2. The size is about 680 square feet, which is manageable for me. The price was within my budget, around 47 Lakhs. Being close to City Centre Metro Station, nearby, is a big plus for my daily commute. AN Realty seems to be a reputable developer. The project is under construction and expected to be ready by November 2027. I appreciate the inclusion of 24x7 CCTV surveillance for security. The main concern for me is the parking; I hope the closed car parking is sufficient. Otherwise, it looks like a decent place for a single peon.

We are a bit concerned about the dust and noise since it's still under construction, but that's expected. The amenities like closed car parking are also a plus.
