We moved into Tharakans Calyx about two months ago. The 24x7 water supply has been excellent, no interruptions at all. Power backup is also in place, which is a relief. My husband enjoys the landscaping and tree planting around the complex; it’s quite peaceful. Security seems good with 24x7 guards. We chose this place because it's ready to move in and we didn't want to wait. The location in Electronic City is convenient for us, close to family. The overall build quality appeasolid. One small thing is the road leading to the complex can get a bit dusty during dry spells, but that's common in this area. We are happy with the decision so far.
