My husband and I decided to upgrade from our rented flat, and ThakkeRichmond Heights caught our eye. We needed a place that was ready and offered good amenities. The swimming pool is something we are looking forward to using. The location is convenient with the Upendra Nagar Bus Stop a short distance, making daily travel easier. The project was completed in December 2016 by ThakkeDevelopeThe only drawback we've noticed is that parking can be a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Still, we are happy with the move.

The location at Pathardi Phata is quite convenient for my commute to the office. It’s also good that Nashik Cambridge School is just a 3-minute drive away, which will be useful later. This is my fit flat purchase, and I chose ThakkeRichmond Heights. I was looking for something ready to move in so I could settle quickly. The location in Dnyaneshwar Nagar, Pathardi Phata, is decent. It's good that there are security guards on duty. The swimming pool is a nice bonus for the evenings. My only small concern is that the traffic on the main road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, but it’s manageable. Overall, it felt like a sensible fit purchase for me.
