I purchased a 694 Sq.ft 3 BHK apartment. The project is ready to move, and Thakar Realty has included amenities like 24X7 water supply and a RO water system, which are essential. The carpet area is quite spacious. My only hesitation was the traffic on Ajwa Main Road during peak hou, but being so close to the hospital is a huge advantage. The landscaping and tree planting around the towelook very appealing.

The location in Waghodia, Kanha City seems decent, close to Shree Ambe Vidyalaya and Savita Supepeciality Hospital. I booked a 2 BHK for them, the carpet area is 631 Sq.ft. Thakar Realty mentioned they have 24X7 water supply and a RO system, which is great for older people. The only thing is that the Vagodiya Chokdi Bus Stop is about 6 kilometeaway, so they might need a car for longer trips. Overall, I hope they will be comfortable here. The landscaping looks nice in the photos.

It is ready to move in, and the construction was completed in December 2023. I really liked the children's play area and the car parking facilities. The location on Ajwa Main Road in Waghodia is quite convenient, with the school and hospital practically next door. I am a little concerned about the dust from the nearby construction, but hopefully, that will settle down soon. The lift is a big help. I am excited to move in.
