We bought a 2 BHK here in TGS Sydney a few months ago. It's ready to move, which was a big factor for us. The price range was also quite reasonable, around 15.56 Lakh for the smaller units. The children's play area is a nice touch, and my wife enjoys the swimming pool. The construction by TGS Constructions Pvt. Ltd. Seems solid enough for the price. Access to the main road is decent, though sometimes traffic can build up during peak houOverall, it's a comfortable place for retirement living. We are happy with the decision.
