My husband and I were looking for our fit home and zeroed in on TGB Neelgagan. We liked the 2.5 BHK layout, it felt spacious enough for us, with built-up areas ranging from 1250 Sq.ft to 1650 Sq.ft. The proximity to Hindon River Metro Station, just nearby, is great for our commute. Plus, having a gymnasium and jogging track right within the complex is a big plus for our fitness goals. The project is ready to move, which was a priority. The price starting at 56.81 Lakh was competitive. The view of the national park nearby is also a nice bonus. Overall, we are happy with our choice.

I purchased a 3 BHK flat in TGB Neelgagan. Being a government employee, I needed something reliable and well-located. Siddharth Vihar is a developing area with good connectivity to Delhi-Meerut Expressway and GT Road. The 3 BHK flats are 1650 Sq.ft built up, which gives ample space. The price was within my budget, starting at around 74.99 Lakh for the larger configurations. I liked that it's ready to move. The developer, TGB Realty Pvt Ltd, seems to have a decent offering. The only downside is the traffic getting out of Siddharth Vihar during peak houcan be a bit much, but that's common in Ghaziabad.

I invested in a 2.5 BHK unit at TGB Neelgagan in Siddharth Vihar. The area has shown good growth potential, and being ready to move is a significant advantage for quick rental income. The built-up area for these flats is between 1250 Sq.ft and 1650 Sq.ft, offering good value starting from 56.81 Lakh. TGB Realty Pvt Ltd has included several amenities like a swimming pool, gymnasium, and 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which are attractive to potential tenants. The connectivity via Delhi-Meerut Expressway and GT Road is a plus. However, the lack of readily available information on OC received and completion status is a point of caution for investolike myself. The project is famous for its cineplex which might attract residents.

We bought a 3 BHK flat here, mainly for the location. It’s practically close to Delhi Public School Siddharth Vihar, which makes morning drop-offs so much easier for our kids. The flat size is 1650 Sq.ft built up, which is decent. TGB Neelgagan also offea children's play area and landscaping, so the kids have space to run around. The price for the 3 BHK was around 74.99 Lakh, which felt a bit steep initially, but the convenience is worth it. The connectivity to Greater Noida West Road is also good. My only worry is the dust from nearby construction sites, which can be quite noticeable sometimes. However, the flat itself is ready to move.

We decided to get a place in TGB Neelgagan for my parents back home in Ghaziabad. The location in Siddharth Vihar seemed promising, and it's quite close to Delhi Public School Siddharth Vihar and Fortis Hospital Noida, which is important for them. We looked at the 2.5 BHK which has a built-up area between 1250 and 1650 Sq.ft. The price point starting from 56.81 Lakh onwards felt reasonable for the area and amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium. My parents will appreciate the Vastu compliant design. Hopefully, the ready-to-move aspect means they can settle in soon. We haven't heard much about OC received though, which is a small concern.
