We got a 2 BHK villa with a built-up area of around 1336 to 1418 square feet. The budget for this configuration fits well within our savings. The location in Doddaballapura, North Bangalore, is developing, and we found the price point of 87.51 Lakh upwards to be acceptable. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are attractive for family use. My only concern is the traffic getting into the main city during peak hou; it can be quite slow from this part of Bengaluru. But for daily needs, the nearby school and hospital are very close.
