They wanted something close to the hospital and school, and this project is exactly that, with Peepal Prodigy Senior Secondary School and Sree Abirami Hospital Private Limited right at nearby. It's also very close to the Arivozi Nagar Bus Stop, making it convenient for them to travel. The 1097 to 1206 square feet built-up area for the 2 BHK is adequate. My parents are happy with the amenities like the swimming pool and the gymnasium. The project is ready to move, which was a big plus for us. The starting price of 40.67 Lakhs was within our budget.
