The amenities are quite good, especially the clubhouse and the amphitheater. It feels like a complete community. The location is developing, and we are hoping property values will increase. The completion date was June 2012, so it's an established project. The only minor issue is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that is expected in developing areas.
