    Moving from our rental place, we found Tera by PS Srijan Developein Perumbakkam to be a good option. We are looking at a 3 BHK, around 1400 square feet, as we need more space. The price point is higher than we initially expected, with the higher end touching 92.68 Lakhs, but we are justifying it with the amenities like the swimming pool, gymnasium, and the grocery shop within the complex. Having 24x7 water supply and security is also a big relief. The location is decent, with OMR just 2 kilometeaway, making Anand’s commute easier. We did notice that the surrounding roads are quite narrow, and parking might be a bit tight when friends visit. We are patiently waiting for the December 2025 completion.
