Relocating to Chennai for work at Miot Hospitals, I needed a place nearby. Tens Vijay is directly opposite the hospital, making my commute incredibly easy. I opted for a 2 BHK, around 1271 sq.ft built-up. The price was approximately 80 Lakh. The location on Mount Poonamallee road at the Manapakkam cutting is very strategic. I also looked at the nearby Amrita Vidyalayam for potential future needs. The gymnasium is a facility I will use regularly. My only minor concern is the traffic on Mount Poonamallee road during peak hou, but the convenience of location outweighs it.

We just got our fit flat at Tens Vijay. It's a 2 BHK and the built-up area is around 1103 sq.ft. We liked the location on Mount Poonamallee road, opposite Miot Hospitals. It seemed convenient for us to travel for my wife's work. The price for our flat was about 70.59 Lakh. We were a bit worried about it being our fit purchase but the Tens Square team explained everything clearly. The construction looks decent, and it's ready to move in, which was a big plus. We haven't faced any major issues yet. The clubhouse looks nice, although we haven't used it much.
