Being ready to move in was a huge plus because we didn't want to wait for construction. The location on Trichy Road near Singanallur is convenient for us, with easy access to Avinashi road and Kamarajar road. My partner likes the landscaping and tree planting around the complex. The children's play area is also good for when we have guests with kids. The only small issue is that traffic can get a bit heavy on Trichy Road during peak hou, but that's common in Coimbatore. Overall, it’s a decent place for a young couple starting out.
