    I was looking for something ready to move in for a while and Tenements Bipul Enclave fit the bill. The location in Hatigaon, Sijubari is quite convenient, especially being close to Little Flower School which is zero kilometeaway. My wife and I visited the site and the 2 BHK flats seemed decent. The carpet area for these starts from 691 sq.ft which is enough space for us. The community hall and club house are good additions for the residents. My only concern is that the internal roads might get a bit congested during peak houOverall, it's a solid option for a ready possession home in Guwahati.

The location in Sijubari, Hatigaon is relatively calm, which is important for me now.
