Architect Based PMC and a reputed Legal Advisor is required for the Redevelopment project of Vasant CHSL (ABC Wings), Mahavir Nagar, Dahanukar Wadi, Kandivali (West), Mumbai-400067,Details of Plot: Plot Area as por PRC: 2520.71 Sq. Meters.No. of Members: 84 Residence members + 3 Commercial members
Requirements: PMC should be a Registered Member Council of Architecture & Legal Advisor should be a qualified, experienced and knowledgeable about the redevelopment process under provisions of 79A & New DCPR 2034.
The Interested PMC and Legal advisory firms should have a minimum 10 years of Experience in handling similar redevelopment projects in the area from Borivali to Goregoan area (preferable Kandivali) with 10 Completed or Ongoing Projects of Plot size more than 2500 Sq. meters & G+15 Construction.
The Owner/ Partner in the PMC firm should himself be a registered architect with (Indian Institute of Architect) with 10 years of Experience and for the legal advisory firm, the owner/partner should be a reputed lawyer having 5 years of experience in redevelopment and similar field.
