Shri Raj Rajeshwari CHSL Purshottam Kheraj Road Extension, Mulund West, Mumbai-400080
The gross plot area of Society is 2,163.52 SQM and it consists of 6 shops, and 36 flats having 25,838.51 SFT of existing carpet area.
Blank RFP document for Redevelopment is available in PMC Office from 19/02/2025 to 17/03/2025 between 12:00 Noon to 5:00 PM on all working days on non-refundable & non-transferable payment of Rs. 17,700/- including GST by way of DD in favour of "Dilip Sanghvi Consultants" along with submission of request letter to the Society.
The Society reserves its right to accept or reject any or all Bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.
